National Route 410 makes up a large part of the Avon Cycleway. The route is a large circuit around the City of Bristol through surrounding towns and villages.

Route 410 is part of the Avon Cycleway, a large circuit around the City of Bristol, taking in several towns and villages, and conveniently linking National Route 4, the Bristol & Bath Cycle Path with other local routes.

This route makes for a challenging ride in a day, but shorter sections can be cycled comfortably from Bristol. Some sections are traffic-free but the route is mostly on country roads and passes through Olveston, Thornbury, Wickwar, Clevedon, Yate and Coalpit Heath.
