Route 151 travels between Sleaford and Leasingham. The route is a traffic-free greenway.

Route 151 provides a safe, traffic-free route between the two towns of Sleaford and Leasingham. The route runs alongside the A15, then across fields to a bridge which provides a safe crossing over the A17 for walkers, cyclists, wheelchair users and people with pushchairs. A continuous route with improved side road crossings then travels through to Carre’s Grammar School in Sleaford town centre.

Sustrans installed a Portrait Bench along the route and the public voted for local people they wanted to be immortalised in steel. They chose cycle shop owner Nev Crane, retired dental surgeon Mark Gould and cycle-crazy 10-year-old Oliver Harding.
