We are committed to listening to and investing in staff. Early in 2017 we improved our benefits such as introducing salary sacrifice for pensions.
We also completed a comprehensive pay review and audit of our job evaluation system, resulting in significant improvements to the charity's pay structure implemented in April 2018.
In September 2018 we became an accredited Real Living Wage Employer.
In 2017 we launched Sustrans' first equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) improvement plan. This included new training for staff, and launching new staff-led EDI groups in Edinburgh, London and Bristol.
