Tahera is a Sustrans Community Volunteer in Bradford. She's been volunteering with us for three years, helping to encourage students at her university and the local community to travel by foot and bike.
“Volunteering with Sustrans has been such a rewarding experience. I've made many new friends, gained new skills and made a meaningful contribution to Sustrans’ work. I take great pride in being a Sustrans volunteer.”
"My favourite thing about being a Sustrans ranger is really the people you get to know as friends. It’s also great to cycle past something you’ve helped to look after and see it being used and enjoyed by everyone – it’s a fantastic feeling."
