Route 136 connects Rainham and the village of Noak Hill via Upminster.

Route 136 takes you on a quiet route through the Ingrebourne Valley in the London Borough of Havering, through some lovely parks and green spaces including Hatter's Wood, Pages Wood, Gaynes Parkway, Hornchurch Country Park and Rainham Recreation Ground. 

Known locally as the Ingrebourne Way, the continuous traffic-free route connects the north and south of Havering travelling from the M25 at Dagnam Park via Harold Hill, Hornchurch and Upminster to the Thames at Rainham.
