About the role
A rewarding new opportunity has arisen to join Sustrans as an Administrative Assistant. This is a pivotal position providing essential support to volunteering initiatives delivered across our UK-wide charity, helping to foster stronger, more connected communities and create lasting positive change.
You will play a key role in managing data and systems, coordinating the volunteer journey process, and providing effective liaison and administrative support.
You will provide administrative and systems support, while ensuring the effective distribution of information, guidance, and resources to colleagues, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
We offer true hybrid working, a flexible mix of working from home and occasional travel to any of our UK office hubs.
About you
You will be competent in data management, with the ability to run reports, manipulate data and be adept at using Customer Relationship Management systems.
As a highly organised individual, you will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and possess the ability to identify and rectify data anomalies with accuracy and efficiency.
You will demonstrate strong time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
