Andy leads on identifying, articulating and maintaining opportunities to enhance the evidence base for sustainable transport. Andy provides high-level support to colleagues in communicating the relevance of the evidence to Sustrans’ delivery, business development and influencing activity. He is responsible for managing key relationships with external experts, academics, and senior civil servants.
