Amazing bear journeys: Go on a family bear hunt through Chandler's Ford

There will be 30 little teddy bears hidden around Chandler's Ford. And your challenge is to walk, scoot, wheel or cycle to find all of these cheeky bears. So gather up the whole family, enjoy some time outdoors together and see how many bears you can spot.

Use our map to walk, scoot, wheel or cycle your way around Chandler's Ford and find the hidden teddy bears.

We want to help keep families active during lockdown.

And walking, scooting, wheeling and cycling are some of the best and safest ways to get some exercise right now.

So to help give you and your family the motivation to get moving, we're challenging you to a bear hunt.

What you need to do

Use the map below to help you find the teddy bears hiding around Chandler's Ford.

There will be 30 to find, each with unique outfits made by local residents.

Click on the blue numbered circles on the map to get a clue about where that bear is hiding.

And don't forget to share your photos on Twitter or Facebook and use #AmazingBearJourneys.

Keep checking back on the map as more bears are added to the hunt.

With thanks to PedalTastic Chandler's Ford for creating the map.

Resources to help you

We have a sheet which you can download and fill in as you find each bear.

And we also have some printable maps and hints for you to download, print ad take along with you.

You can also open the map in full screen.

Can you guess where each bear is from?

Each bear has a poster next to them.

Look for the flag on the poster to find out what country the bear comes from.

And the bear's clothes will give you some clues about what hobbies they like to do.

The bears will be hidden around Chandler's Ford until the end of March 2021.
