Sustrans is the charity making it easier for people to walk and cycle. We connect people and places, create liveable neighbourhoods, transform the school run and deliver a happier, healthier commute. We are looking for a motivated individual to be part of our team in Wales.

The role

This exciting role is to develop, manage and implement selected network development programmes in South Wales. This will involve coordinating and managing existing activities, developing new opportunities & projects, including applications for additional funding, and working in close partnership with local authorities and Sustrans staff.

About you

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have experience in the successful development and implementation of transport projects/programmes, and partnership working with statutory and community/volunteer groups. You will have excellent organisation and scheduling skills, the ability to build relationships with funders, project partners, supporters and the general public. Your written and verbal communications skills will be strong including presentation skills, you will have a high level of IT literacy and knowledge of a broad range of environmental and/or sustainable transport issues. You will also be committed to the promotion of sustainable transport.

Byddwch hefyd yn ymroddedig i hyrwyddo trafnidiaeth gynaliadwy.
