Senior Healthy Streets Officers, Behaviour Change x 2 posts

Sustrans is working with Transport for London’s Healthy Streets programme across Greater London to support people to travel more by walking, cycling and using public transport and this is an exciting opportunity to become involved in the success of the project by using your line management and partnership working skills. You will support the delivery of this initiative by developing excellent working relationships with local partners in London boroughs.

With combined experience of project planning, management and delivery and of working with children and young people, you will have the ability to build relationships with project partners, community groups and local authorities as well as able to compile and write high-level reports.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation skills and the ability to enthuse and motivate others. 

You will have line management experience and the ability to plan and prioritise your own work and the work of others. 

You will have an understanding of the importance and benefits of active travel and of issues facing communities that experience inequalities. 

You will also be committed to the promotion of sustainable transport.


Interviews will take place in London between Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 September 2019.
