Senior Engineer / Uwch Beiriannydd

We're looking for a senior engineer who is passionate about sustainability. You'll be helping us design and deliver outstanding cycling and walking infrastructure schemes.

  • Up to 37.5 hours per week, happy to talk flexible working
  • £35,362 per annum (Inclusive of a Retention Allowance of £3,993 pa)

About the role

In your role, you will help develop and improve the National Cycle Network.

You'll partner with a range of stakeholders as we seek to upgrade the Network into high-quality, traffic-free routes which are accessible to everyone.

You will also work on our liveable cities and towns programme.

You'll focus on projects with local communities, working with them to reshape their streets and encouraging greater active travel.

About you

We are looking for a talented Engineer with a highways background and a flair for delivering high-quality infrastructure design.

Engineers who can demonstrate experience of working collaboratively with stakeholders and as technical experts within multi-disciplinary teams.

In return, we can support you to develop new skills and give you the freedom to express yourself creatively.

We also support professional development towards incorporated or chartered status through a scheme approved by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
