Evaluation Officer, Research and Monitoring Unit

In this role, you will support monitoring, evaluation and research on a range of active travel and community projects. You will also work with local communities to deliver projects that aim to reclaim their streets as public spaces.

About the role

We now have a fantastic opportunity to join our team in London as an Evaluation Officer. The role involves working on a range of behaviour change, infrastructure and collaborative design projects, providing monitoring, evaluation, and analytical support.

As part of this role, you will also support our London collaborative design team at in-person events, working with local communities to reclaim their streets as public spaces. You'll help make sure local people’s voices are heard in the decision-making process.

About you

You should have demonstrable quantitative and/or qualitative analytical skills, and be a competent Excel user or have a working knowledge of statistical software, such as R.

We are looking for someone with experience in using a range of research methods and in project management. You'll be able to draw on this experience to apply your skills to real-world projects.

You should be an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing. You'll be able to present data and findings clearly and be comfortable interacting with the public.

You should also have the ability to find innovative and creative solutions to problems.
