There will also be the need to support ‘school champions’ and to work partnership with the Dorset Council Sustainable Transport team in order to maximise the benefits of the project.
With a good standard of education, you will have experience of working with children and young people, of delivering physical activity or other behaviour change projects and the ability to organise and run promotional events.
You will have excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills, the ability to deliver engagement activities and to motivate and enthuse others. You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise and manage your own workload.
You will also be IT literate and committed to the promotion of sustainable transport.
Clearance by an Enhanced DBS Disclosure check is mandatory for this role.
