National Route 95 of the National Cycle Network runs in short traffic-free sections in County Tyrone. It forms the traffic-free sections of the Mid-Ulster Cycle Route.

The route through Dungannon is traffic-free. Dungannon has a fantastic 70-acre park centred around an idyllic still-water lake. There is also a traffic-free section by Cookstown.
