Join Sustrans volunteers for a gentle stroll and meet others for a friendly walk and chat. 

Open to all, these walks are for people who would like to get some light exercise while meeting new people and have a friendly chat. We also stop at a local café for hot drinks.

Event details:

  • Meet us at 10:30am by the paddling pool at Lamma's Land. The walk will return here for 12:30pm.

  • Wheelchairs, pushchairs and well-behaved dogs are welcome.

  • These walks are easy and are led by trained walk leaders, no one will be left behind. 

  • Before each walk, we will take your name and an emergency contact number.

  • Please check with a healthcare professional if you are concerned about doing physical exercise.

  • Please wear suitable clothing for the weather, bring sun protection, waterproofs and something to drink.

  • All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
