Birds of the National Cycle Network- Lochwinnoch

Do you enjoy spotting wildlife when out walking and cycling? Would you like to be able to identify the birds you see on your local National Cycle Network route, and contribute to a national survey?

Join a training day with Scott Paterson of Kinross Ecology and learn about the birds you might see, and common identification features, and then head out onto the National Cycle Network Route 7 to see what we can find.

After training attendees will be encouraged to head out on the National Cycle Network between 26th and 28th January to take part in the RSPB Birdwatch survey, and after that to record their bird sightings via the Sustrans form on the iRecord website/app.
