Job Title - Field Officer Administrative Assistant, Personalised Travel Planning, Taunton
The Field Office Administration Assistant is responsible for data entry of information collected on household forms into a database, as well as other administrative duties such as emailing household information requests, creating personal journey plans from the web and organising canvassing runs.
The role will also involve assembling hard-copy travel information materials into personalised packs and organising these packs so they are ready for hand-delivery to participating households by On-street Canvassers.
This very rewarding project will target 5,000 households in south Taunton and we need a team of confident communicators who enjoy meeting a wide range of people or providing office support. Door to door canvassing will be undertaken to gather details and to offer free travel information and advice which will encourage residents to walk, cycle and use public transport more often. The Administration Assistant role is available during normal office hours.
