Route 44
National Route 44 of the National Cycle Network will connect Shrewsbury and Cinderford via Ludlow, Leominster and Hereford when complete.
Open sections: Shrewsbury through to Leominster has just been opened as the Six Castles Cycleway. All other sections of the route are still proposed.

Between Shrewsbury and Leominster National Route 44 follows the same alignment as the National Byway West Midlands cycle route which connects Cirencester and Chester.
