Emma joined the Bike It project in January 2007
"I have been working for the Sustrans Bike It project since the beginning of 2007. It is invigorating to work alongside such a dynamic and successful team. Having spent a couple of years working as a Bike It Officer I appreciate what a challenging job it can be but helping children and their families get back on their bikes and enjoying a healthier future is an incredible incentive. I am particularly looking forward to supporting my team as they continue to deliver a high quality and rewarding project."
Before joining Bike It, Emma worked as the Education Officer for an environmental charity. She has a degree in geography and is a trained geography teacher.
