Mae cynlluniau teithio cynaliadwy yn gweithio i leihau'r nifer o deithiau car un person i safle; lleihau tagfeydd traffig; lliniaru pwysau parcio cerbydau, hyrwyddo teithio byw; gwella lles personol; a lleihau effaith amgylcheddol patrymau teithio presennol.

Sustainable travel plans work to reduce the number of single car occupancy trips to site; ease travel congestion; alleviate car parking pressures; promote active travel; improve personal well-being; and decrease the environmental impact of current travel patterns.
