Route developments

National Route 44National Route 44 is now open between Shrewsbury and Leominster as the Six Castles Cycleway. The appropriately named route takes in six castles and some wonderful Shropshire scenery, on quiet roads through Bishop's Castle and Ludlow. Signing of the whole route is still in progress which will run from Cinderford to Shrewsbury via Hereford, incorporating the existing Great Western Way railway route in Herefordshire. This is wonderful news, and with enthusiastic support from the local authorities involved, we hope to get things moving as quickly as possible.
