The ride starts at the Greenwich Maritime World Heritage site and takes you under the Thames via the Greenwich Foot Tunnel. You will arrive at the Isle of Dogs, formerly the thriving London dock area and now home to Canary Wharf Tower and the largest urban farm in Europe - Mudchute Park and Farm.
Along the route, you will pass various attractions such as: the Regents Canal towpath, Victoria Park - one of the oldest municipal parks in the world, opened to the public in 1900, Hackney Marshes - the largest collection of football fields in Europe, Walthamstow Marsh Nature Reserve, Springfield Park and Lea Valley Regional Park.
From Banbury Reservoir, you can continue on to Waltham and Cheshunt.
