National Route 11

National Route 11 of the National Cycle Network is now signed from King's Lynn to Burwell, via Ely and Wicken. It is also signed from Cambridge to Stansted Mountfitchet.

There is partial signing from Cambridge to Waterbeach, (which will eventually connect through to Wicken, once a bridge is built over the Cam at Upware). In Milton National Route 11 divides. One leg goes along the Haling Way (River Cam towpath) - sometimes closed during rowing races - while the other goes along Fen Road, through the Milton Country Park and over the Jane Coston Cycle Bridge (over the A14) - unsigned - rejoining the river in Chesterton. So at present National Route 11 ends at Clayhithe on the River Cam.
