The 20% off selected items shop discount – how does it work?
Once you've signed up, we’ll create an online shop account for you and send you an email with a link to set your password and log in. When you log in and shop, your discount will automatically be applied to applicable items at check out (full-priced maps, leaflets, guides and books). The discount cannot be combined with other shop discounts. For example, if you wish to redeem a discount code at checkout, your supporter discount will not be applied.

I’m a volunteer – can I claim the shop discount?
Volunteers continue to be eligible for a 20% discount on all shop items, however this discount is applied by entering a discount code at check out. This code changes every 6 months and is included in bi-annual publication The Movement, or please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive it.
My discount is not being applied but I think it should be – what should I do?
The most likely reasons are that your first payment has not yet been received or your direct debit, standing order or payroll giving has been cancelled. Please also note that discount will not be applied to donations, or to sale goods that are already discounted, and is not applicable to supporters living overseas.

I don’t have access to the internet – can I still claim my discount?
Yes. Please place your order by telephone by calling 0300 303 2604 Mon-Fri 9:30-17:00 and quote your supporter ID in order to claim your discount.
