This ride starts in Kidwelly, famous for its impressive castle which looks even more dramatic on a winter's day when the cold air whips up around its huge towers. The cycle route offers splendid views across the Loughor estuary to the hills of the Gower peninsula. Along the way many cyclists enjoy a visit to the Discovery Centre which is located in the heart of the Millennium Coastal Park and is a perfect place to stop and recharge the batteries over a warm brew.
