This document outlines the responsibilities and obligations of the user (hereafter known as "You") and Sustrans (hereafter known as "Us"). Our Save and Share service offerings are collectively referred to as the "Service" throughout this document.

Your acceptance of these terms is indicated by your use of the Service and specifically, but not limited to, the Save and Share elements of our website. We reserve the right to terminate your usage of the Service if we believe you have not abided by these terms in any way. We also reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Reliance on content

Any map data, directions, or related content which is provided by users is not checked by us. You may find that mistakes, omissions, misleading entries, weather conditions, construction projects, closures, or other events may cause route conditions or directions to differ from the map results or that, for such reasons, the map results are not safe to follow. By accepting these terms and conditions you accept that you must exercise judgment in your use of this Content.

User submitted content

Much of the content available on the Service is submitted by users. Copyright is always retained by users' with regard to content they submit to the Service.

When you post submissions on the Service, you retain all of your ownership rights in your Submissions. However, by submitting this content to Save and Share, you hereby grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Save and Share website and related or successive businesses, in any media formats, through any channels.
