National Route 32 of the National Cycle Network constitutes part of the Cornish Way Cycle Route and is open and signed from Bodmin to Truro via Padstow and Newquay.

The Cornish Way Cycle Route travels all the way from Land's End to Bude. The route splits at Truro - one braid going via Padstow, the other via St Austell. They join again at Bodmin. National Route 32 heads north from Truro and follows minor roads inland to the old market town of St. Columb Major and then onto the beautiful coastal village of Padstow. Heading eastwards the route then reaches Newquay, Cornwall's most popular holiday destination.
