Pay and Benefits:
Pay
Sustrans pay and grading system offers a competitive starting salary and progression.
Annual Leave
We offer a full-time annual leave entitlement of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays. (pro rata for part time staff and those joining part way through the year).
Pension
We believe it's important that we help you save for your retirement so access to a Group Personal Pension scheme is available for all staff after 3 months of service. This is a scheme that both you and Sustrans contribute towards.
Training and Development
We'll give you regular training to support and develop you.
Childcare Vouchers
We offer Childcare vouchers which allows employees to pay for child care from their gross pay (ie before tax and national insurance is deducted)
Cycle hire scheme
Employees can purchase bikes though Cyclescheme, a salary sacrifice scheme which saves tax and national insurance on the cost of the bike.
Bike and Computer Loan
An interest free loan to purchase a bike or computer can be arranged up to the value of £1000.
Discount benefits
As an employee you will receive access to a range of discounts at many cycle retailers. Advice and basic bike maintenance is also available.
