Active Travel volunteers - Stockton
Sustrans' Stockton project 'Stockton Active Travel' is working to encourage employees at Teesdale Business Park and residents in the surrounding communities of Mandale and Victoria, Norton, Portrack and Tillery, Newtown and Parkfield to increase their levels of regular physical activity through walking and cycling.
We need volunteers to help with a wide range of activities. Opportunities include:
- training to lead/support a community walk or bike ride
- training to become a bike mechanic
- helping out with events
- helping out in the office
For 30 years Sustrans has drawn on volunteer support to help more people get active and healthy. Now you can join the movement.
